bestpricearts.com is the ecommerce division of Sahara Design and Artwork L.L.C which is registered in Dubai. This page contains all terms and conditions that stand for all orders placed on this site.

Delivery Timings

• Delivery timing will be decided once you place your order within 7 days of the date of the order. We will send you a confirmation email with date and time.
• All deliveries will be delivered between 9:00am and 6:00pm, We do not guarantee any timed delivery and will be based on availability.
• You can request a specific timing in the comments section of checkout form.
• Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, bandhs, lock-down, during rush hour days like and special occasions.

Delivery Fees

• Free delivery applies for orders more than 200AED.
• Delivery costs 10AED for all orders bellow 200AED.
• Currently delivery is available only in UAE

Discounts

All the discounts are decided by Best Price Arts team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together.

Address Change

Any changes to the clients address before 24hrs is free of cost. Changes after that will not be entertained and order cannot be canceled.

Delivery Product

Some products artwork cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on site because of different vendors & different materials available in the market. Products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Change of color due to non-availability shall also considered under this condition and the client will be notified in advanced.

Damaged deliveries

We will consider any report of the damaged products/on the same day of delivery only (within 24 hours of delivery). The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product such as pictures or videos.

Rules for delivery

* Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions.

Best Price Arts will attempt delivery of your order only ONCE. If the delivery is not delivered due to one of the following reasons, the customer will have to pick the products from our store or if he requested to cancel the order, the delivery and paperwork fees will be deducted from the total amount. The reasons of not completing the delivery are:

• Wrong shipping/delivery address.
• Recipient not available.
• No access premises (compounds or buildings).
• Wrong landlines / Mobile number.
• Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions of products are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the product you have selected, our production team will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We, however, reserve the right to substitute the products (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of none availability of the desired product.

Duplicate Orders

If Best Price Arts finds that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable, we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.

Fraudulent Customers

If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.

Best Price Arts may update its Terms & Conditions from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions, along with Best Price Arts refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and other rules and policies posted on the site, are considered as a full agreement between you and Best Price Arts and they supersede all communications and proposals between you and Best Price Arts with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.
